Tac-Med Basic

Learn how to utilize components commonly found in an IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). This class with make you feel better prepared when presented with a traumatic injury. We will help you think through your kit and kit placement. Even seasoned emergency providers are likely to take something away from this class. Enjoy the entertaining Cadre as they engage with you. Learn from the 76 plus combined years street experience.

Minimum is 10 paid slots prior to class date or class MAY be cancelled.

Class MAX is 20 students. You may request to be put on waiting list.

Refunds: If DEFSTUGRP cancels the class, a FULL Refund will occur. In all other instances, the first $50 is non-refundable once a seat is paid for. The remaining balance may be refunded if contacted at least 24hrs prior to scheduled class start time.

In the PayPal comments, leave your full name (as you would like on your certificate) and your email address.

You will receive an email approx. one week before the class date with information about what to bring and food options. If you do not already have equipment or gear, you are NOT expected to buy any for the class.

Your Cadre have all worked Full time as EMS providers. Other roles are or have been: U.S. Military (Combat Medic/Infantryman), Federal Law Enforcement, State Law Enforcement, Swat Team Medical Leader, Flight Medic, Licensed Practical Nurse. Each student will receive two certificates. One “stop the bleed” certificate, and one DEFSTUGRP Tac-Med Class certificate.
